Charles W. Fox - CEO of BOARDperfect and SHOWperfect, President
of SHOWperfect, Inc. | ||||
| Charles W. Fox is a pioneer in the field of electronic projection systems design and development. After earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Charlie designed and developed advanced telemetry systems for McDonnell Douglas. Charlie soon left McDonnell Douglas, and formed his own company. In 1982, Charlie and Ron Schmidt joined to design one of the first special-venue electronic projectors. |

Charlie’s designs are used by Showscan, SimEX, Universal’s Spiderman attraction, and other special-venue applications. These installations comprise more than 200 units around the world. After selling his old company, WESTREX, Charlie continued to consult on other projection system design and development efforts. Robert Wahlstrom has more than twenty years of engineering
and management experience in high-technology electronics manufacturing
applications. He graduated from Northrop University with a degree in
aviation technology. His background includes technical and managerial
positions in manufacturing, test engineering, and process engineering. He
has also been involved with quality control, production and planning,
materials management, and facility layout and startup. Rob has filled the
positions of Director of Manufacturing, General Manager, and President for

Bruce Berman, Chief Financial Officer of SHOWperfect, Inc.,
has been a Certified Public Accountant for over thirty years. Bruce is an
alumnus of UCLA, where he earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in
Accounting. He founded, and remains CEO of, his own accounting firm, where
he and his daughter Carina carry on the family tradition. Bruce is the
Chief Financial Officer of SHOWperfect; he is also a member of the boards

| Robert O. Bower - Vice President of Sales/Marketing | Tamim Noorzay - Senior Electrical Engineer | |||
Robert O. Bower has spent more than twenty-five years on
technical and marketing endeavors in the high-technology arena. He has
held key positions in such companies as IBM, Xerox, and Motorola, and has
assisted in several start-up ventures. Bob’s past experience has been a
key component in the establishment of the Sales and Marketing department

Tamim Noorzay earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics
Engineering at Western States College in Los Angeles, CA. Tamim began his
professional career with Cinema Products Corporation, where he was
involved in the design and development of Cinema Products’ CP-65 camera.
He brought his knowledge of film-handling electromechanical systems to
WESTREX in the mid-1990s, where he worked with Charlie Fox on the
evolution of electronic projectors. Today, Tamim is a proud member of the
SHOWperfect, Inc., team. He is actively involved in day-to-day
engineering support for the PHOENIX line of electronic

| Donna Robinson - Director of Operations | Robert Orf - Customer Service Manager | |||
Donna L. Robinson began her purchasing career with the
Monsanto Company over 25 years ago. She fine-tuned her purchasing
expertise while gaining vast operational experience with several
manufacturing companies. Donna joined WESTREX in 1994 as Operations
Manager and assumed responsibility for projector cost reduction, vendor
sourcing, and inventory control. She complements the SHOWperfect team with
her excellent organizational skills and professional commitment to

Robert Orf completed his Electronics Technologist degree at
Humber College in Toronto, Canada, and continued in Electrical Engineering
at the University of Toronto. Rob's knowledge of film-based systems began
in the mid-1980s with work on security surveillance cameras; later, he
transitioned into technical supervision of the first flight
simulator-based attraction in the CN Tower, which utilizes 70mm-60fps
SHOWSCAN film projectors. Rob moved to California in the mid-1990s to work
with Charlie Fox and WESTREX on the development of the electronic film
projector; he also provided international technical support for WESTREX.
Later he joined Cinema Products to facilitate the development of 35mm film
scanning and projection equipment for the post-production industry. In
addition to his position in SHOWperfect, Rob is currently providing

| James MacMillen - Senior Mechanical Engineer | Michael Crane - National Sales Representative | |||
Jim earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from California
State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has extensive design experience
in 35- and 70-mm film projectors, recording equipment, and film delivery
systems. Jim’s film experience with WESTREX in Simi Valley, where he
gained experience in the design of projectors and recording equipment.
Jim's designs are mainly used in special-venue applications such as motion
rides, water screen projections, and amusement parks (including Universal
Studios and Disneyland). Jim has worked for Cinema Products and Digital
Theater Systems (DTS), as well as consulting on projector design and
modification, before joining SHOWperfect. Contact me. |
Michael P. Crane, U.S. Sales Manager for SHOWperfect,
Inc., has been involved with marketing and sales in the entertainment
field for over twenty-five years. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in
Radio and Television Communications from Butler University, and was
honored as a distinguished radio/television graduate of the USAF Defense
Information School. Michael joined with his father, Peter Crane, to
provide consulting services in the entertainment industry, specializing in
special-venue large-format theatre development. In addition to his broad
experience in the development and implementation of marketing and business
plans for special-venue theatres, his technical background has qualified

Eugene Baxter brings to BOARDperfect, Inc. a successful
background in Electronic Engineering, along with Electronic Equipment and
Component Sales, with leading firms. In his position as Sales Manager,
Gene is ideally equipped to comprehend, develop, and expand existing
customer sales. Gene’s expertise in identifying trends in the marketplace
can be relied on to introduce new customers for BOARDperfect’s electronic

Mary Margaret McCormick, Director of Documentation for
SHOWperfect, Inc., has been working with manufacturers of
large-format electronic projection systems since 1992. She received a
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Saint Louis University, and a Master’s
degree in Computer Science from University of Missouri - Rolla (School of
Engineering). Her earlier career in software and database design and
development helped to prepare her for her current profession of
documentation and editing. Over more than ten years at McDonnell-Douglas
(now Boeing Aircraft Co.), she was employed in technical and managerial
positions in health service/patient care, aircraft manufacturing support,
and technical publication authoring system design
